Development Plans
The Industrial Park of Tomorrow
Frier Vest is being developed as a modern industrial park where businesses can benefit from shared resources. We are facilitating a circular economy where the reuse of emissions and by-products will lead to better resource utilization and increased sustainability. New establishments will support the region’s goal of green transformation.
A Port Facility for the Future
Frier Vest Port Terminal will be a publicly owned port facility designed to ensure accessibility for all users and efficient cargo handling. When fully developed, the terminal will consist of large operational areas and an extended quay line with a depth of 14 meters. Construction is underway, and the terminal will be operational in 2026. Future expansions will be adapted to demand and industrial development in the area.
